Answer Yes or No to the following Questions:
- I have the same energy level I had 5 years ago?
- I can stay physically active for at least 30 minutes?
- I am pleased with my body measurements?
- My clothes fit just the way I want them to?
- I can keep up with my children or grandchildren?
- My stamina is where I want it to be?
- I’m comfortable going to the gym or the beach?
- My strength is where I want it to be?
- I sleep all night long, peacefully?
- I am physically active at least 4 days per week?
If you answered NO to at least 3 of these questions, you should talk to TRAINING FOR THE MATURE ATHLETE!
